I am a huge shipper of many pairings and have written nearly a 100 stories for over 20 fandoms! Majority of what you're going to find here is fan fiction and links! Anything else is an added bonus and is updated when it can be. If you would like to be notified when the site is updated go to my update notification yahoo group (shown above) and sign up! | CURRENT PASSIONS - STARGATE: ATLANTIS...JOHN AND TEYLA |
| One of my current passions are John Sheppard and Teyla Emmagan from the hit series Stargate: Atlantis whichs airs Friday Nights at 9pm EST (check your local listings for more detailed show times). When the series started back in July of 2004 everyone jumped at the idea of a new Stargate series! And like most audiences do everyone picked their favorite couple, and everyone wanted to see John and Elizabeth together. That left poor Teyla alone because she was the outsider and the series was brand new. It wasn't odd for people to pair John and Elizabeth together, they're easy to write and they seemed the obvious choice. But there were a few that wanted to see John with Teyla and whether the John/Elizabeth shippers would ever admit it that was the plan from the very beginning. Originally that was why Teyla's character was created was for a possible love interest for John Sheppard, among other opportunities. I think in the first season there weren't many John/Teyla fans because Teyla's character was difficult to write and people weren't comfortable with her character just yet. But once the first season passed you began to see more and more John/Teyla shippers and there relationship progressed more and more on the series itself, leaving John and Elizabeth shippers standing in the wind with no progressive love story in sight. Now with the 5th season about to start, July 11th, 2008 we enter a new season with no Elizabeth and Teyla has given birth to her son by another man, and how are things between her and John...you'll have to watch season 5!

| CURRENT PASSIONS - SUPERNATURAL...DEAN AND JO |
| My other growing passion is the characters Dean Winchester and Jo Harvelle from the hit series Supernatural whichs airs Thursday nights at 9pm EST (check your local listings for more detailed show times). The series started September of 2005 and has produced quit the fan base, considering the non-existant female cast. The series has two main characters who are brothers, Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester. All other characters are guest stars and the series doesn't really have a female regular except maybe the character Ruby. But. there is one female character that captured my attention, Jo Harvelle. A young, some what naieve amateur hunter that helps her mother Ellen Harvelle run a bar called the Roadhouse. Dean and Sam somewhat frequented the bar to get information about hunts from a guy named Ash that stayed there. With these visits Dean and Jo became aquanted with one another. Even though Jo was only in four episodes of season 2 her dynamic with Dean has been forever burned in my mind. Her character was written out by the shows creator Eric Kripke when he felt he made a mistake by bringing her on the show stating "she looked like their 14 year old sister" and instead of trying to improve the dynamics he just had her poorly written out, but not killed off, which is a good thing. it is unlikely but one can only hope that Jo will one day grace us again. |
